These terms cover your use of Othen. By creating an account you agree to them. If you are using Othen for a company, you are agreeing on that company's behalf.
What Othen does
You connect an AI app you control. Othen reads what already happened in it, shows you the problems worth fixing, and suggests a change you can paste into your builder. Othen never changes your app for you.
Your account
- Keep your sign-in secure. You are responsible for what happens under your account.
- One person per account.
- You must be 18 or older.
Acceptable use
- Only connect apps you own or have permission to connect.
- Do not send data you are not allowed to share.
- Do not resell or rewrap Othen as your own product.
- Do not try to break, overload, or reverse engineer the service.
Your content
You own what your app sends and the findings Othen produces from it. You give us a limited licence to process it so we can show you those findings. We do not sell it and we do not use it to train foundation models.
Findings are guidance
Othen reports what it can see and stays quiet when it is unsure. It does not certify that your app is correct, safe, or ready for anyone. You decide what to ship.
Plans and billing
- Free is free, with usage limits shown in the product.
- Pro is $49 per month and renews until you cancel. Cancel any time; access lasts to the end of the period.
- Fees are non-refundable except where the law requires otherwise.
Suspension
We can suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or puts the service at risk. You can close your account whenever you like.
Warranties and liability
The service is provided as is. To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim implied warranties and are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Our total liability is capped at what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
Changes
We may update these terms. If a change is material we will tell account holders. Continued use means you accept the new terms.
