These terms cover your use of Othen. By creating an account you agree to them. If you are using Othen for a company, you are agreeing on that company's behalf.
What Othen does
Othen is an AI assistant for event organizers. With your permission it reads email in a Gmail label you choose and Google Docs you list, prepares reply drafts in Gmail for you to review and send yourself, saves copies of selected attachments into a Drive folder you choose. It does not send email. AI can be wrong: you are responsible for reviewing drafts and records before relying on them.
Your account
- Keep your sign-in secure. You are responsible for what happens under your account.
- One person per account.
- You must be 18 or older.
Acceptable use
- Only connect Google accounts you own or are allowed to use for this purpose.
- Do not use Othen to process email you are not permitted to share with an AI service.
- Do not try to break, overload, or reverse engineer the service.
Your content
You own your email, documents and the drafts and records Othen prepares. You give us a limited licence to process them only to provide the service. We do not sell them and we do not use them to train AI models.
No guarantees about AI output
Othen only states facts it can trace to your confirmed profile or the email itself, and asks you when it cannot. These checks reduce mistakes but cannot rule them out. Othen does not guarantee that any draft, saved file is correct or complete.
Plans and billing
- Free trial: 3 days or 15 completed actions, whichever comes first. No card required. It does not convert to a paid plan on its own.
- Pilot: $49 per month, billed monthly until you cancel, with up to 300 completed actions a month. At the limit Othen stops until the next period. There are no overage charges.
- An action is a created draft or a saved attachment that Google confirmed. Failed, refused or duplicate attempts are not counted.
- Cancel any time from Manage billing; access lasts to the end of the paid period. Fees are non-refundable except where the law requires otherwise.
Suspension
We can suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or puts the service at risk. You can close your account whenever you like.
Warranties and liability
The service is provided as is. To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim implied warranties and are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Our total liability is capped at what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
Changes
We may update these terms. If a change is material we will tell account holders. Continued use means you accept the new terms.
